Alongside the wonderful training students already receive, EDGE will further enhance their skillset and performance skills by introducing them to a wide range of teachers and performers working professionally in the industry.

EDGE is designed for advanced dancers aged 11+ who are serious about taking their training to the next level. If you're aiming for vocational training, agency representation, or a professional dance career, this programme is built for you.

EDGE is led by industry professionals with experience of performing on the world’s biggest stages, along with teaching at top performing arts colleges in the country.

Admission to EDGE is by video audition. Full details on audition requirements can be found on our Apply Now page.

At EDGE, we embrace a diverse range of dance styles, including Jazz Tech, Theatre Jazz, Commercial, and Lyrical. We also focus on performance skill and audition techniques to help dancers excel in their craft.

Yes! EDGE is designed to complement your existing training. We encourage dancers to expand their experience, gain exposure to different teaching styles, and refine their technique.

EDGE Associate Programme runs once a month on a Sunday in both Bristol and Bournemouth. More details can be found on the “Location and Dates” page.

We currently train in Bristol (Bristol Conservatoire of Theatre Arts) and Bournemouth (Pavilion Dance South West). More locations may be added in the future—stay tuned for updates.

At Edge, we understand that our students may have other commitments and may not be able to attend every session. While we strive to accommodate your needs, rescheduling to a different date at one of our other locations is an option we will try to provide if it suits you better, though it cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for classes that are missed. We recommend planning ahead to ensure you can attend your scheduled sessions to get the most out of our programme.

Dancers will be provided with an EDGE t-shirt to wear and will be asked to pair this with black or dark-coloured dance attire (leggings, shorts, or tighter-fitting attire is recommended). Students will dance barefoot for most of the day, but are asked to bring jazz shoes/foot thongs if required, and trainers suitable for dancing.

Bring appropriate footwear for dance classes and a warm layer to wear between sessions. Bring plenty of water and food to keep you fuelled. We ask that you avoid bringing any food containing nuts due to allergies.
