SEASON 2 - EDGE is a pre-vocational associate dance training programme for young dancers serious about developing technique, artistry, and performance skills. Led by Emily (currently performing in the West End cast of Wicked) and Adam (currently teaching at Laine Theatre Arts and Bird College), students also train with a guest teacher each month, making new connections whilst exploring new styles and approaches.
Training takes place once a month on a Sunday in Bristol providing focused, quality training in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We are delighted to say that EDGE will continue into its second season for 2026–2027.
WHO IS EDGE FOR?
For the 2026–2027 season, EDGE will be split into three groups, loosely based on age:
11–12 years
13–14 years
15+ years
Placement is based primarily on ability and training level, not age alone. Final group allocations will be confirmed once all students have been accepted, to ensure each dancer is placed where they can thrive and get the most out of the programme.
AUDITIONS + APPLICATIONS
Auditions for the 2026–2027 season are now open and they close on 24th March. We recommend getting your submission to us as early as possible. We hope for offers to be given out late march and all applicants will be notified of the outcome.
Applications are by video submission and must include the following technical elements in your chosen style:
Pirouette
Kick
Leap of your choice
Videos can be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or uploaded directly via the application form. Full instructions will be provided during the application process.
If your child is successful, a £50 deposit will secure their place. The full programme fee of £450 can then be paid on 1st July, or in two installments of £250 in July and November.

Missed Sessions & Flexibility
Where possible, we aim to be flexible around competitions and other training commitments. If sessions are missed, dancers may be offered opportunities to attend alternative EDGE days. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
